Stampede Station, Phase I and II

Stampede Station is a mixed-use development in Calgary’s beltline district featuring two towers built on 7.29 acres representing over 1 million square feet occupying two full city blocks.

Stampede Station features 650,000 square feet of office space, 94,000 square feet of retail, a 300 room hotel, and the largest parkade in the city with over 2500 parking stalls. The development also features a +30 connection to the Calgary Stampede Round-Up Centre convention facilities.
