Saskatoon River Landing Mixed Use Facility – Saskatoon, SK

Saskatoon River Landing Mixed Use Facility riverfront property is located the beautiful Saskatchewan River that runs through downtown Saskatoon. This facility will include a 20 storey condominium tower, two 8 storey office towers and an 8 storey hotel. Also included in the design is over 30,000 square feet of retail space and two high end restaurants, which will be the first of each brand to be located in Saskatchewan.

Saskatoon River Landing includes featured amenities that wil add value to the user experience. The Plaza located in the centre of the facility is designed to accommodate a skating rink in the winter and a pond in the summer. A waterfall is used as a design feature linking the office towers and the hotel tower.
