Eighth Avenue Place


Eighth Avenue Place is a twin office tower structure built on the downtown, urban site of Calgary’s historic 94 year old Penny Lane Mall. The west tower will be 40 storeys and the east tower will be 49 storeys.

This two million square foot structure will host a five (5) level underground parking facility. Full electrical engineering services including lighting, power distribution and life safety are being provided by Stebnicki+Partners.
