Southland Park 4

Completed in July 2007, the 12 storey 260,000 square foot office building is now home to a variety of professional centres. Stebnicki+Partners was commissioned by GE Employees Union to perform full electrical engineering services including; lighting, power, communications, life safety, security systems, audio visual systems and lighting control systems. The facility hosts a two level attached parkade with over 700 available parking stalls.

The focal point of the building is the Spire Lighting that illuminates the entire front of the facility.
